This CF to PCMCIA
Adapter converts Type I & Type II CompctFlash (CF)
memory card and Microdrive card into PCMCIA PC Card form factor.
It accepts Type I (3.3 mm thick) and the thicker Type II (5 mm
thick) CompactFlash
(CF) memory cards including Microdrive card.
Users can insert this PCMCIA-to-CF media card adapter into a PCMCIA
PC Card slot of a digital electronic device such as desktop or laptop
computer, card reader, and others; to read/write photo/data/music on
CompactFlash cards or Microdrives.

PCACF2 is a type II PCMCIA (PC Card) Adapter for type I
(3.3 mm thick) CompactFlash (CF) memory cards and the thicker type II (5 mm thick) CompactFlash
memory cards and IBM Microdrives. With this adapter, you can convert a
Type I or a Type II Compact Flash card and Microdrive card into a standard PCMCIA Type II PC
Card. Simply insert the Compact Flash memory card or Microdrive into this adapter and it becomes compatible with any device
equipped with a PCMCIA PC Card
slot. This CF card adapter allows host system such as laptop or desktop computer
equipped with PCMCIA (PC Card) slot or PCMCIA Card Reader to read and write
CompactFlash
CF card and Microdrive card
just like a PCMCIA PC card. This adapter requires no drivers on any host system that
fully supports PCMCIA PC Card specification.
