   Limited Warranty

• Amtron Technology warrants to the customers that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

• The warranty is only granted to the original buyers who procured products from Amtron Technology or the authorized distributors. The warranty is non-transferrable.

• In the event that any product defect or nonconformity occurred within the warranty period specified in the Warranty Period section below, Amtron Technology will provide product repair or replacement at Amtron's discretion.

• Abnormal consumer use are not covered under this warranty.  Examples include, but are not limited to, the following conditions:

  -	Misuse of products, improper power supply, unspecified electromagnetic interference, violent action on products, improper installations or modifications, etc.
  -	Any damage caused by accident, natural disaster, etc..
  -	Any damage caused by a computer virus.
  -	Any damage caused by exposure to improper environments for the specified device, such as extreme temperature, high humidity, etc.
  -	Any damage caused by R&D activities or engineering test.

• The warranty period begins from the original invoice date. Unless otherwise stated in a specific product group, the warranty period is defined as follows:
